Hej, jag ska ge er ett typ exempel på hur engelskan på IB ser ut. Jag läser då A.2 vilket är engelska som andra språk men eftersom hela utbildningen är på engelska är det ändå en ganska hög standard. Fy vad skrytig jag låter nu men skitsamma. Detta är mest för dem som är nyfikna på IB.
Detta är iaf ett tal vi ska skriva som anting Democrat eller Republic (Amerikanska partierna) och vi ska tala till antingen Texan farmers eller Mexikanska invandrare som är godkända medborgare. Jag är då Democrat och skriver till mexicanarna

Welcome dear citizens of America
My name is Michaela Lindgren and I come from the Democratic Party
America is a country whose foundation is traditionally built on immigration but since 2001 America has become more hostile and people who in 2000 under a Democratic government would have been accepted as citizens are today illegal immigrants, working for salaries that are inhumane.
You are all citizens; you have all gone through the process to become Americans. You have all been there, trying to get citizenship. You all know what they are going through, except for them; it doesn’t look like there is a way out of their miserable life. But you can show your support and help them by voting for us.
We will find a path to citizenship for these people; we will help you to help them.
But, we want them to deserve the benefits that America can offer.
We do not want them to get the advantages that you have fought for, for free.
We do not want to give them amnesty.
We do not want to forgive them, because they are currently breaking the law.
But they are here, they are working, they are living in America, and we all need to recognise that.
They need a path, a path to citizenship
They need to be Americans, not only people living in America.
We, the Democrats, can offer them that, the path to citizenship should not be something impossible.
The immigration is what makes America strong; it is what makes America the country it is today.
